Blood and Magic
Comprising a central park and a surrounding five- or six-block radius, Tavern’s Row lies near the center of Midtown. It serves as a central focus for travelers and adventurers who come to the city.
The park, originally called Breakwater’s Square, was named after the heroic fighter Chamson Breakwater, who slew an evil ghost-lich as it was about to loose a terrible plague upon the city. A fourteen-foot statue of Breakwater stands in the center of the square before a round fountain.
Aside from hosting a number of businesses, most of which cater to travelers and adventurers, Tavern’s Row, as it’s name suggests, also includes many taverns and inns such as The Drowned Phoenix Tavern, The Ghostly Minstrel Inn, The Glass Slipper, The Dirty Goblin, and Malackor’s Home, as well as the infamous restaurant Good Eats, the Bath House, and the Cloud Theater.
One can also find provision shops catering to adventurers, such as The Bull and Bear Outfitters, and Dragoon’s Provisions. Adventurers looking to buy or sell something a bit more “unique” might also want to check out Fabala’s Fabulous Curiosities.
